MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
· Large range of available container volumes, manufactured serially (16,18, 20, 22 and 24 cbm) or upon request (6 - 16 cubic meters);
· Press station with standard chamber (1200mm) manufactured serially. Non-standard press station design upon request;
· Several versions of hoppers and lids to meet most demanding customers` requests, providing operation from the ground as well as from the ramp;
· Possibility to integrate press compactors into various production lines due to flexible connection with various tunnels, pipelines, conveyors etc.;
· Possibility to equip the press-compactor with a lifting device for waste containers of different type, reducing labor costs for operation;
· Controller providing an automatic mode of pressing during 3 full cycles with the stop of the plunger in the parking zone, which doesn’t require an additional attention of operator and prevents non-effective using of the hopper chamber space;
· Additional control panel, mounted on the hopper lid for operation from the ramp.
· Possibility to connect additional remote-control unit, which meets EN16486 requirements;
· Fill level sensor, ensuring an automatic detection of 75% and 100% payloads;
· Individual key lock to prevent an unauthorized operation;
· The use of the PLC controller provides the possibility of flexible and quick readjustment of press compactor working cycle parameters to meet the specific needs of the customers;
· Climatic design provides outdoor operation in a wide temperature (-20/+45 C) and humidity conditions. Tropical and arctic versions can be supplied upon the special request;
· Folding front hook for easy handling of the press container and a rear hook allows the press compactor to be manipulated on location;
· Full compliance with DIN 30722 requirements for the manufacturing and operation of roll-on roll-off containers with hook-loading trucks, possibility to adapt the height of the hook to different hook lift trucks
