Payment Terms

PAYMENT TERMS

DDP (Destination point)

Payment terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated in the contract

1. The price specified by the Seller is expressed in British Pound Sterling;

2. Prepayment is 40% of the total cost of the equipment, while ordering the product from the Supplier, in case the equipment is not being sold from the stock;

 

3. Full payment - 100% of the value of the equipment should be made prior to shipment from the Supplier's stock;

 

4. Payment covering additional services ('start-up', 'training') must be made within 5 working days after delivery

DDP (Destination point)

Terms of delivery

The equipment is delivered in a partially disassembled and packed condition, being delivered to the destination point located within the EU;

The shipment of the equipment is carried out by loading the goods on the Seller's transport and delivery to the Recipient's warehouse;

The equipment is delivered with accompanying documentation ('Operating Manual') in English.

Taxes and custom duties, as well as expenses related with certification, testing, approvals, permits and other activities obligatory for the exporter according to current EU regulations, are included in the price of the purchased goods.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the cost of delivery does not include:
- unloading of the vehicle delivering the goods to the warehouse of the Recipient;
- rigging of this equipment, if required;
- pre-refuelling of the equipment with hydraulic oil;
- site preparation for the installation of the equipment, including its cabling and other utilities;
- periodic maintenance services (except for the ‘Premium’ service plan);

Transfer of risk of accidental loss of equipment: before unloading the vehicle that delivered the equipment.

Transfer of equipment ownership occurs after full payment for the goods.

DDP (Destination point)

The delivery terms

The delivery time is specified in the equipment cost quotation and that is the period needed for the Supplier to deliver the equipment to the Recipient's warehouse.

The delivery date stated in this quotation is indicative and subject to change until the signing of the Delivery Contract.

The delivery date stated in the Delivery Contract is guaranteed on condition that payment is made within the deadlines stated in the Delivery Contract.

The stated delivery date assumes normal delivery conditions: no public or religious holidays in the Republic of Poland, normal weather conditions, lack of embargoes, epidemics, epizootics and other force majeure situations.

Warranty terms

The warranty period for the equipment supplied, unless otherwise agreed in the contract, is 12 months from the date of activation of the equipment.

A prerequisite for the warranty service is the activation of the equipment by service personnel certified by the Manufacturer.

Timely maintenance is a necessary requirement to be able to use the warranty service.

The procedure and terms and conditions of the warranty service are available at www.kentcompactors.com and also in the appendix to the Supply Agreement, which takes priority.

Maintenance services

Installation, activation, employee training, warranty and service inspections are performed by the Seller's certified service personnel, official Distributors and other persons authorised by the Equipment Manufacturer.
